Start with a photo
Point your phone at the rating plate or the receipt. The brand, model, serial and purchase details are read off it and filled in for you, marked for a quick check. Works on an item you already have, too — one photo, read once, only when you ask.
Warranty countdowns
Every item shows how much coverage is left, in days, with green-to-red urgency and reminders you choose — 12 months out or one week.
Maintenance that remembers
Furnace filters, coils, smoke detectors, gutters. Suggested schedules per item, custom ones for anything, history when you tick them off — and each one can be someone’s, or taken in turns, like a chore.
The vehicles too
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, boats and RVs, with the odometer or the hours. Oil every 8,000 km or six months, whichever comes first; a warranty that ends at a date or a distance; the VIN looked up on a tap, and the tasks placed by how far you actually drive.
A document vault
Receipts, manuals, warranty PDFs, photos and service records live with the item they belong to — private, and only for your household.
Recall alerts
Items with a brand or model are checked every day against Health Canada, the US CPSC and the OECD’s international recall portal — and your vehicles against Transport Canada and the US NHTSA. A match is a flag on the item and a notice in the app, and by email or push if you have them on. Compare it with the official notice: a match by brand and model may not be your unit.
Whole-household access
Invite up to five people. Owners manage, admins organise, members add and complete. Everyone sees the same home, the same chores and who did what.
Search everything
Type “Samsung” and see every Samsung thing you own. Search by room, brand, model, serial, category or warranty status.
An inventory ready for your insurer
One tap makes a PDF of a home, room by room, with photos, serial numbers and what you paid — the kind of list an adjuster asks for after a loss. Your records export as JSON, always.
Nudges where you are
Reminders by email or as push notifications on your phone: warranties, insurance and registrations on the lead times you set, maintenance a week ahead and on the day, chores the day before. A summary of the whole house on the first of the month — weekly, or never, if you prefer.
For everyone who lives there
Chores for the whole house, next to the furnace filter.
The recycling, the litter box, the thing nobody remembers. Anyone in the household adds a chore and gives it to a person, to everyone, or to a kid without an account. Give it a day and a repeat — every Tuesday and Friday, every two weeks, every month — and whoever it is for gets a nudge the day before and on the day. Tick it, and everyone sees who did what.

Private by design.
Your household’s data is visible only to the people you invite. Every record is protected by row-level security in the database, documents are stored privately and open only after a sign-in check, and it is all stored in Canada, on servers in Canada, and backed up every night. A photo you ask us to read, and an email sent to your household’s own address, go to Anthropic in the US to be read; the privacy policy names every service involved. Sign in with a passkey, with Google or Apple, or with a password. Export your records, or permanently delete your account, from Settings. Built in Canada by FNDRY39, a small studio that answers its email.
